Webdesly (“we”, “us”) is a web design, web development, and maintenance agency founded by Nicolae-Valentin Dincă, based in Romania and serving clients internationally. What we collect

When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, company details, and information about your project.

Our website is a static brochure site. We do not operate user accounts or payment forms on this website.

How we use information

We use inquiry details only to:

• respond to project requests and consultations
• prepare proposals and deliver services you request
• maintain business records related to those conversations

Legal bases under GDPR may include: steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in running the agency (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent where required for optional cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).
